School Visits

Arcadia Darlington welcomes schools, colleges and educational groups looking for a unique and engaging outing in a safe, controlled environment. We understand that organising trips can be challenging, which is why we offer exclusive daytime access to our venue outside of normal opening hours, allowing your group to enjoy the facilities without members of the public present.

School visits are available for a fixed fee of £250 for a two-hour session. During your visit, the venue will be staffed by multiple team members who will supervise activities, assist participants and help ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience. Our team can work alongside teaching staff and support workers to create a positive and inclusive environment for all attendees.

We recognise that some groups may benefit from adjustments to the environment. Where possible, we can make reasonable changes to lighting levels, sound volumes and other sensory factors throughout the centre to better suit the needs of your group. We are happy to discuss individual requirements prior to your visit to help ensure the experience is appropriate and comfortable for those attending.

Exclusive access allows participants to enjoy the centre at their own pace without the distractions of a busy public venue. This can be particularly beneficial for groups who may require additional support, a quieter environment or a more structured experience.

Please note that Arcadia Darlington is currently not wheelchair accessible due to the layout and access arrangements within the building. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have any accessibility concerns or specific requirements so that we can provide guidance and discuss whether the venue is suitable for your group.
